You can change your password by choosing one of the following paths:

• Dashboard-> Account -> Change Password
• Profile -> Change Password

Note: You must be a subscriber to change your password.

You can change your username by choosing one of the following paths:

• Dashboard-> Account -> Change Username
• Profile -> Change Username

Note: You must be a subscriber to change your username.

You can change your email address by choosing one of the following paths:

• Dashboard-> Account -> Change Email Address
• Profile -> Change Email

Note: You must be a subscriber to change your email address.

You can delete your account by following these steps:

Subscriber:

• Dashboard-> Account -> Profile -> Delete Account -> Delete My Account
• or, Profile -> Delete Account -> Delete My Account

Non Subscriber:

• Profile -> Delete Account -> Delete My Account

You can subscribe by choosing a package from the Subscription page

If you're a monthly or annual subscriber, you can manage your billing information by following these steps:

Profile -> Manage Billing -> A billing portal will open

From the portal, you can modify your payment method, update billing information, and view your invoice history.

You can view your current subscription on the Profile page

You will see a current subscription field within the subscription section on that page.

You can view the renewal/expiry date for your subscription on the Profile page

You will see a subscription renewal/expiry field within the subscription section on that page.

You can cancel your subscription on the Profile page

You will see a cancel subscription button within the subscription section on that page.

2. Click the cancel subscription button on the confirmation page to complete the cancel.

If you add a companies ticker to your ignore list, that ticker will no longer show in any of the reports that you view. It simply removes them from view.

You can add a ticker to your ignore list by viewing any report, and clicking the add to ignore list button, located in the options column of each report.

You can view your ignore list by going to the dashboard, clicking the lists drop down, and clicking the ignore list link

You can remove a ticker from the ignore list by clicking the remove button for the ticker you want to remove from your ignore list. Removing a ticker will allow that ticker to once again show in all reports.

You can add a companies ticker to your watch list. This is convient for quick access to companies you're interested in watching.

You can add a ticker to your watch list by viewing any report and clicking the add ticker to watch list button that is located in the options column of every report.

You can view your watch list by going to the dashboard, clicking the links drop down, and then click on the watch list link

You can remove a ticker from your watch list by clicking the remove button for the desired ticker to remove.

Watched tickers still show in reports. They will just be flagged with a dark icon to indicate that you're already watching the specific ticker.
